Remigration

Another topic I have “touched upon” is “remigration.” This word is a neologism, which means coming back to where you have been driven out.I've always said that I wanted a smooth ride, but I couldn't help rocking the boat. Rocking seems to be in my genes.

Remarkable People

On the road I have traveled, I have met many remarkable people. First I name my friend and mentor the late Emile Capouya. “Mike” encouraged me over the years and published two of my books in New York.

Vienna Today

Returning to my birthplace has given me a unique opportunity of writing on Third Reich Revisionism. This topic interlinks with Violence under the Guise of Art like pieces of a puzzle to reveal how the past manifests itself in the present.

Fatima

Herbert Kuhner

The first sacred message received by the children at Fatima in 1917 was basically directed against atheism and communism. The second and third were directed against the Soviet Union.

The Catholic Church had it in for the Soviet Union. That stands to reason.

Every religion - save Judaism - is evangelistic, including the atheistic religion of communism. Nothing wrong with that! Unless, of course, the sword is used as a means for conversion.

In 1940, The Western Christian democracies, except Britain, were overrun by Christian Nazi Germany. Okay, a local conflict.

OurLady_of_Fatima.jpgHowever, when the Germany attacked the Soviet Union, the conflict was between Christianity and atheistic communism. Soon afterward, the United States entered the war, clouding things up a bit. The conflict was now, the United States, Britain and the Soviet Union against Germany and Italy, which was the seat of Catholicism.

Although all National Socialists had a Christian upbringing, National Socialism had the intention of replacing the Christian religions as a religion - sometime in the future. That was a trick that men of the cloth thought couldn’t really be pulled off. So National Socialism, with all its faults, was preferable to out-and-out atheism.

It was obvious that if the Axis won, Christianity, although perhaps diluted, would prevail On the other hand, if the Allies won, the Soviet Union would enlarge its territory, thus expanding atheistic communism over Europe. A new conflict would be in the cards, and who knew who would prevail this time?

Thus, the best bet for Christianity were the Axis powers, mass murder et al. It didn’t work out that way. Al Alamein and Stalingrad turned the tide. From then on, Nazi Germany and its allies were in retreat.

Well, you can’t say that the Axis powers didn’t give it a good try! So, you had to see to it that those who were on your side didn’t die trying. So they shed a little blood! In a war blood is shed, that’s what happens.

There were those who were wanted for war crimes. Perhaps they had overdone it, but they had done what they had done for right cause. Fighting against atheism is the right cause.

You owed them something for having done that. So you gave them sanctuary in the Vatican -and other Catholic venues - and then you spirited them off to Iberia and South America.

Here’s a quote by one who showed his gratitude by converting to the One True Faith!

“I recall with deep gratitude the aid given to me by Catholic priests in my flight across Europe, and I decided to honor the Catholic faith by becoming an honorary member.” (1)
- Adolf Eichmann

Anyway, after decades of cold war, Gorbachev attempted to liberalize the Soviet Union. He failed with a little help from religious quarters.

The Soviet Union dissolved into a quasi rogue state, and the republics became dictatorships. However, religion made a comeback.

Thus Fatima was confirmed and the Vatican won.
