Frau Herman, the “positive values,” you refer to, unfortunately did not apply to the mothers of the million-and-a-half children who were murdered in concentration camps. However you are right about the Autobahn, I won’t quibble about that!

Ja Frau Hermann, „es ist damals eben auch das, was gut war”, aber leider konnten die Mütter der ein-und-einhalb Millionen in KZs ermordeten Kinder all diese guten Dinge nicht genießen. Aber betreffend die Autobahnen haben sie vollkommen recht.
